A well fitting saddle is as important as choosing the right kind of saddle.  Here at Llwynon we can use a computer to accurately check how well a saddle fits.  We are the only saddlery in the UK to provide this kind of service.  It can accurately measure the pressure under the saddle as the horse is being ridden.

We also perform vital research for companies manufacturing new designs of saddles or numnahs.

For example, this is a picture showing the average pressure on a horse at sitting trot.

This is again a sitting trot but the average pressure is much greater and is not ideal for the horse.
